SRX649314: Paired-end stranded sequencing of Competent Sponge Larvae
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 43.7M spots, 8.8G bases, 5.4Gb downloads

Design: n/a
Submitted by: University of Queensland
Study: Amphimedon queenslandica deep developmental transcriptomes
show Abstracthide Abstract
The demosponge Amphimedon queenslandica is amongst the few early-branching metazoans with an assembled and annotated draft genome, making it an important species in the study of the origin and early evolution of animals. This bioproject comprises developmental transcriptomes of four developmental stages (precompetent and competent larvae, juvenile and adult) of the demosponge Amphimedon queenslandica.
Sample: Paired-end stranded sequencing of Competent Sponge Larvae
